SPS Rwanda Newsletter

In June 2007, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)awarded Management Sciences for Health its five-year Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS) Program as a follow-on tothe Rational Pharmaceutical Management Plus Program. The mandate of the SPS Program is to build capacity within developing countries to effectively manage pharmaceutical systems, successfully implement USAID priority services, and ultimately save lives and protect the public’s health by improving access to and use of quality-assured medicines..
