Recipient Reporting Resources
Section 1512 of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) requires all recipients of ARRA funds to report on FederalReporting.gov.
New Reporters
If you are a new reporter, you must register at FederalReporting.gov. For instructions on how to register, please read Chapter 2 (pdf) of the FederalReporting.gov User Guide. You will need the following:
- A valid email address (this will become your User ID when you log in to FederalReporting.gov)
- D-U-N-S number - If your organization does not have a D-U-N-S number, please register at Dun & Bradstreet's Web site.
- Tax Identification Number
- Central Contractor Registration (CCR) number - All prime recipients and sub-recipients of grants and loans must be registered in CCR. If you organization does not have a CCR number, please register at the CCR Web site using your D-U-N-S number and a tax identification number.
Returning Reporters
A revised FederalReporting.gov User Guide is posted on the FederalReporting.gov downloads page.
OMB has requested that all recipients of ARAA funds use the new copy-forward functionality. Before reporting, please read and follow the copy forward instructions outlined in Chapter 10 of the User Guide at FederalReporting.gov.
