RFQ - Renovation for USAID/RDMA Storage Area

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the renovation service as specified below. This is to support the operation of USAID/RDMA.

1. The required service should include;

   a.     Removing the entrance door/wall

   b.    Installing new wall on entrance area, and dividing the current supply room with gypsum board, finished painting on white color.

   c.     Providing 2 sided Gypsum board for divided room - 80 sq.m

   d.    Providing Gypsum board in the door area  - 40 sq.m.

   e.     Providing Plywood in the door area  - 40 sq.m.

   f.     Painting the wall - 350 sq.m.

   g.    Installing 4 sliding doors as per attached diagram (Door Dimension 2000W 2200H)

   • NXP room door with key
   • EXP room door with key
     
     

2. Renovation services will be performed in Athenee Tower.  Successful firms will be required to register with Athenee building management to perform this work.  USAID/RDMA expects that if funding becomes available for this project, work will begin sometime in February and be completed before Feb 28, 2012.
