-- Budget and Congressional Prospects-- FY 99 likely straightlined or little less. Will work to get levels up and hope surplus can relieve some pressure on assistance budget in out-years.
-- Hope Congress can act on Africa trade Bill, IMF replenishment and UN arrears. Regret that Mexico City has ground everything to a halt, but Administration is committed to standing by principle and not give in to legislative blackmail.
-- Observations about how nice having us all together in one building
-- Deal with concerns about work remaining to be done, sick building, etc.
