Focusing on improving student achievement in four core middle and secondary school subjects (English, Science, Math and Computer Literacy) where the current level of student achievement is quite low. Its major activity is to provide assistance to improve in-service teacher training for the core subjects but includes infrastructure improvements such as computer labs and science labs where needed and training of headmasters (head teachers) in supervision.
