USAID recently released its "FFP Guidance for FY 2010 Title II Proposals for Emergency Relief and Recovery Activities in Zimbabwe." Since its release, a number of interested organizations have been seeking further information related to the guidance, including questions related to proposal submission requirements, USAID/Zimbabwe Mission priorities, and Food for Peace objectives. In order to provide additional clarification on such issues related to the guidance, and to share this information as widely as possible, USAID/Zimbabwe would like to invite all prospective applicants to a meeting at the USAID Mission to be held on Wednesday, February 10th at 14:00. There will be a very brief presentation followed by a question-and-answer period.
All organizations wishing to attend should please send the names of those who plan to attend to Josephine Siziba at jsiziba@usaid.gov by February 8th. Because of space limitations, please limit the number of participants per organization to two.
