The Global Health Private Sector Program (PSP) Request for Proposals (RFP) Reference-Number-PR-350

The Bureau for Global Health (GH), Office of Population and Reproductive Health (PRH) seeks to competitively award multiple (up to 5) indefinite quantity contracts to exercise global leadership and provide field level programming in private and commercial sector strategies to expand service delivery and access to quality reproductive health and voluntary family planning products in developing countries.

This RFP focuses on increasing sustainable provision and use of quality reproductive health and voluntary family planning (RH/FP) and other key health products and services through the private, and particularly commercial, sector. While this procurement will serve as the flagship for RH/FP in the private sector, many other health products and services may be promoted and/or provided including oral rehydration salts (ORS); water purification kits; insecticide treated nets (ITNs); basic drugs and/or syringes; micro-nutrients and fortified foods; promotion of breastfeeding; and HIV treatment and care services including voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) and anti-retroviral therapy (ARVs).
