Labor Toolkit

This toolkit describes USAID’s objectives, programming and approaches for labor-related activities. The purpose is to facilitate the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to support labor transitions resulting from trade liberalization, economic shocks, political reform, and environmental change. The toolkit was prepared by Glenn Rogers (grogers@usaid.gov) with assistance from PPC/DEI/DIS. This a first draft and we will be adding additional materials in the near future. Please send any comments to Glenn Rogers or Jennifer Chase (jchase@usaid.gov).
