Two Serbian NGOs launched a New Year Reform Greeting Card campaign with OTI support. The campaign drew attention to the major reforms on the Serbian Government's agenda. The Christmas tree decorations have the major reform areas written on them (from the top down: judiciary reform, economic reform, local government reform, minority rights, anti-corruption, army and police reforms, reforms of health care and school systems, and media reform).
