A community center in Soacha, Colombia (outside Bogota) built to address the needs of the displaced. The project, funded by USAID/OTI and implemented by the International Committee of the Red Cross, is the first in the country to provide infrastructure for Colombians displaced by internal strife. Several more centers are planned.
