Civilian Response Corps

The Civilian Response Corps is and elite group of highly skilled Foreign Service and Civil Service Officers from 8 different US Government Agencies who are ready to deploy anywhere in the world within 48 hours to prevent or prepare for post-conflict situations and to help stabilize and reconstruct societies in transition from conflict or civil strife. Their unique skills contribute to the ability of the U.S. Government to address these situations.

The CRC is Divided into three components:
