The Constitution of Georgia, Article 339
[Man drives down
the street, is stopped by a policeman and he pays the policeman.]
Don't think you
can solve problems by paying bribes.
[Man driving is
stopped by another policeman and pays again.]
By paying bribes
you are creating a corrupt system.
[As he is stopped
by another policeman, he attempts to pay him, but the policeman laughs
at the driver. The policeman points to a sign asking for a higher payment.
The man continues to drive but sees more signs in front of him with
increasing payment amounts.]
This system will
make the rest of your life a major problem.
