The Constitution of Georgia, Article 18

You have the right to demand a lawyer if you are detained by the police.

You should appear before the court no later than 48 hours following your detention.

If within 72 hours after the detention the court does not order your, you should be released.

The Constitution of Georgia, Article 18.
