More than 1,700 health providers trained in FP including provision of DMPA; more than 1,150 providers enrolled in DIMPA Network.
Increased industry investment on DIMPA- four companies distributing DMPA across northern India, including the project areas; DMPA available at different price points: $1 to $3 (compared to only one manufacturer at the start of the project selling at $4 per vial)
Demonstrated that it is possible to provide quality injectable contraceptive services through the private sector.
