These positions will be filled by professionals with a number of years of relevant work experience, including experience abroad. Mid-level officers will join USAID at a higher level of responsibility than junior officers, but will also follow an orientation and Individual Development Plan similar to Junior Officers, depending on the officer’s prior training and experience.
