Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and Minority Resource Center

Increasing the involvement of all small business and minority serving institutions in the mission of USAID

Welcome to the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) web page. Our goal is to help small businesses effectively contribute to the mission of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Our web site includes an overview of USAID's small business programs, a forecast of future requirements, and links to helpful web sites for small businesses.

OSDBU is responsible for monitoring USAID's implementation and execution of the small business programs and advising the Administrator and senior leadership. OSDBU provides liaison and outreach support to business (small and large) concerning small business participation in USAID procurements. Please access the OSDBU contact information web page if you have any questions about USAID's small business participation programs.
